We are looking for an Apprentice in Milan within the **Global Business Services **area who will be trained in **2 years** as** Junior Payroll Professional.

**Your Challenge

As **Junior Payroll Professional** some of your main activities will be:

- Interactions with Hire to Retire Team to manage payroll and administrative tasks (Employee Benefits, Hiring and Termination support, Complementary Pension Funds, Salary Reviews), with Delivery Center Lisbon and with People and Organization Team

- Payroll and post payroll consolidation

- Ensure quality of data along administrative systems

- Ensure confidentiality

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract

- You are fresh graduate or you are going to graduate in Accounting, Business, Social Sciences, or similar relevant field of study, with a Bachelor or Master's degree.

- A relevant internship experience as a plus

- You have the aspiration to develop a Payroll path and grow

- You are interested in interaction with people (in person and remotely) and customer oriented.

You keep the focus on the process excellence and problem-solving

- Proficiency in English and Italian

- Passion to never-stop growing

- Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge

- Eligibility to work in Italy
