What you will be doing

You will join our HR team, being responsible for the following activities:

create contents and materials for our internal communications on our organisation, our culture, our main events and activities

implement people engagement activities

stay up to date on latest trends and best practices on people experience

take part into the optimization process of our Onboarding, Welfare, Training and Internal Communication processes

collaborate to improve people engagement and company wellbeing

help in drafting and implementing internal policies or procedures;

support to employees on a day-to-day basis answering questions about company policies and procedures;

support the onboarding process collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain such induction path smooth, smart, and impactful;

analyse HR metric with the scope of enhancing wellbeing and deliverability of all teams;

support the organisation of internal and external training;

collaborate to the definition of our employer branding strategy of Satispay by supporting the promotion of our values, culture and employee value proposition

support company event organisation.

has maximum 2 years of experience, spent in fast paced or start-up/scale-up environments

is a very quick learner

has a detail-oriented mindset and a problem-solving attitude

is a communication geek with a passion for employer branding and event organisation

is creative and capable to adapt to different briefs

is reserved, able to handle sensitive/confidential material and practice discretion

is capable of define smart processes and procedures

has excellent organisational and time management skills

Is able to learn quickly about new digital platforms

is fluent in Italian and English - both written and spoken; knowledge of French or German is considered a plus

previous experience in HR, employer branding, internal communication will be considered a strong Plus.
