**Posizione**:

For our Marketing team, we are looking for a **Junior Performance Marketing**who will have the opportunity to work for our Dutch brand Pricewise. nl.

Passionate about digital marketing and with strong data analysis skills, will be responsible for Pricewise's performance marketing activities, reporting directly to the global Head of Performance of Mavriq, and working with the rest of the Pricewise marketing, sales and product team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creating, monitoring and optimizing Search Adv (such as Google Ads and Microsoft Ads), video and display (social, PMAX) profit-based campaigns, with a focus on bringing high-quality traffic to our website;

- Analyzing and interpreting data from digital marketing channels using web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics 4) or BigQuery;

- Managing contacts with web advertising service providers (such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, etc.

);

- Creating and monitoring dashboards for interpreting performance marketing channel data;

- Coordinating with other business functions (sales, developers, product).

**Requisiti**:

**Requirements**:

- At least three years' prior experience in a company or web agency in related roles;

- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing and/or statistical-mathematical disciplines;

- Good knowledge of digital marketing, web analytics and data visualization tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio;

- Experience with profit-based campaign optimization; familiar with the concepts of target roas, dynamic lead values, attribution between channels, deduplication;

- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English;

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;

- Strong analytical approach and good communication and synthesis;

- Autonomy in organizing work and predisposition to work in a team;

- Intrapreneurship and flexibility in proposing and adopting innovative solutions;

- Ability to independently keep up to date with the latest developments in digital marketing.
