**Junior Planning Specialist**:

JOB MISSION

Monitoring and prevention of stock breakages, optimization of warehouse levels through constant monitoring of sales trends, management of production batches, identification of production priorities and verification of their compliance, with great attention to reducing waste

DESCRIPTION AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

Analysis of sales data in support of DP and drafting of Sales planning to feed MRP (material requirements planning or needs planning)

MRP consultation for release of the production plan to the plant and purchase requests to the Purchasing department

Stock trend monitoring to optimize warehouse levels

Setting up and monitoring economic production batches, safety stocks and, in general, logístical parameters

Information regarding critical product availability issues and availability returns to support Demand Planning

Warehouse obsolescence analysis

Participation in multifunctional delisting team

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Excellent knowledge of Office tools (Excel in particular)

High analytical and critical skills, problem solving, excellent relational skills, curiosity, tendency to lateral thinking, empathy.

Interest in production processes

Fluent English
