About the Role and the Team
In the Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360-degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.
The Western Europe regional team has an exciting and dynamic role working with internal experts, agencies, clients, and tech vendors. You'll be part of the Services department, reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success in the region, with an opportunity to grow your expertise and career through hands-on experience with the full digital/programmatic advertising stack.
You have an excellent client service mindset and a passion for understanding the inner workings of the ad tech and online marketing industries. You possess expertise in one or more of the following areas: Ad Serving, DSP, DMP, Creative/Rich Media/DCO, and enjoy maximizing media effectiveness and efficiency by strategically utilizing these systems for your clients. You play a key role in coaching clients on Adform's products through training, sharing best practices, and addressing client requests. With the support of Adform's product expertise, you'll be able to develop solutions that empower our clients' success. You leverage your industry and media knowledge to monitor the setup of existing accounts, ensure best-in-class application, and help clients maximize the value of Adform's tech stack.
Based in Milan, we would like you to partner with Account Managers, Sales, and other Platform Solutions team members to assess the technical and functional needs of prospects and clients. Be ready to: Create and maintain relationships with clients, becoming a trusted partner and providing service from both a technical and functional perspective Act as a tech advisor and consultant, introducing new features, technical functionalities, and the best possible integration solutions Serve as a project manager, internally coordinating client needs and working closely with Adform's customer service and product teams to create the best client experience Attend meetings with clients to stay informed on market trends and requirements, and educate them on how to utilize our platform most effectively Conduct and standardize workshops to help clients recognize the value our platform brings to their business Attitude First. We can grow together faster if you have: A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience At least 2+ years of relevant experience in the ad tech industry Experience in customer support roles, service, or consultancy The ability to acquire and share in-depth knowledge of programmatic buying and key business issues that affect clients and the industry A strong analytical and technical background, as well as business acumen A proactive, results-driven mentality, with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills The ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences A commitment to living and breathing Adform's principles: Put Client Value in Focus, Behave with Decency, Take Ownership, Be Caring, Be a Team Player, Stay Ambitious, and Stand Tall.
