BTO, consulting company offering Project Management services in the IT field, is looking for a Junior PM/ PMO to be involved in projects for a banking client in Luxembourg.

**Junior PM/PMO**:

**About the Role**:

Support the IT Project Management team on different projects with the following activities:

Support the business in project requirements definition and analysis of the functional and technical requirements, with the prioritization of development streams;

Organization and coordination of weekly meetings with the IT provider;

Manage and update of the issues documentations;

Project Management support include but are not limited to preparing and delivering presentations, scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing and presenting status reports, developing project plans and timelines;

**Requirements**:

From 1 to 3 years consulting companies;

At least 1 year of experience in project management activities;

Bachelor Degree's ( background in Accounting/ Financial/ Banking field is highly appreciated);

Optimal relational, communication, team management and coordination skills;

Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Access and Excel) is mandatory;

Proficiency in French or Italian; good level of English is required;

VISA for Luxembourg is required;
