Tasks

- We are looking for a skilled specialist profile on Project Management that would be assigned to lead international projects related to Sustainability services within the Product Service Division from different perspectives such as management, scaling, new developments.

- The resource will be engaged in exciting, varied and diverse projects and project teams members placed at international level.

- ** Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor or Master s degree

- Experience in Strategy and Project Management

- Minimum of three years full-time work experience

- Experience in Sustainability (preferred if linked to Sustainability Strategy, disclosure etc)

- ** Specific skills & knowledge**:

- Excellent analytical skills with proven record of mastering MS Office Application (especially Excel and Power Point)

- Problem Solving mindset

- Self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude

- Experience in multi-project management

- Good oral and written communication skills.

Proficient in English

- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask and prioritize workload

- Driven, confident, goal oriented, motivated self-starter

- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor communication for different audiences

- Ability to establish and maintain a trusted role with the various stakeholders across the organization

- Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget

- Ability to coordinate cross-functional project teams spanning multiple geographic locations

- Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities while still operating as a proactive contributor to achieve results

- Good team player with a positive can-do attitude, engages with colleagues and stakeholders across levels of staff and management.

- Creative and practical thinker with an attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables

- Located in Italy, ideally in Milan
