To expand and strengthen its teams, HSPI is looking for Junior PMOs to join its Cosenza office.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting clients in verifying the accuracy and completeness of project and administrative documentation;

Reporting and monitoring activities related to healthcare construction investments funded by the PNRR;

Preparing the necessary documentation for project initiation and implementation, analyzing technical and regulatory requirements;

Collecting and organizing data, drafting reports, and producing documents to streamline and manage administrative processes;

Supporting the implementation of organizational tools;

Assisting applicants in submitting funding requests for healthcare construction projects;

Verifying the accuracy and completeness of documentation provided by applicants for PNRR fund access;

Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and liaising with applicants, healthcare entities, and institutions.

**Technical Requirements**:

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role;

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;

Excellent communication skills.
