As Nokia's growth engine, we create value for communication service providers and enterprise customers by leading the transition to cloud-native software and as-a-service delivery models.

You will join the Core Networks Portfolio Marketing team that helps to enable Cloud and Network Services growth ambitions by driving awareness, reputation, thought leadership and demand, influencing key customer accounts and equipping our sales teams with the information and materials they need to win.
**What you will learn and contribute to

As part of our team, you will:
- Define Core Networks marketing content strategy and develop and execute marketing approach, key campaigns and timeline
- Develop propositions that clearly articulate the value of Core Network's offering and differentiate Nokia from the competition
- Work with Product Management, Sales, Regional Business Center and field marketing teams to understand buyer needs, market trends and competitor positioning
- Provide input into the process for creating product positioning, value propositions, messaging, competitor intelligence and demos that resonates with the buying audience.
- Advise Sales campaign teams and support the creation of marketing collaterals including presentations, demos, white papers, customer case studies, videos, and other assets
- Provide support to sales teams with marketing tools to help their sales efforts, sales training to keep them up to date on the latest product and solution developments, and direct customer support as required
- Key Interfaces: Portfolio Management, Sales, R&D, Global Services, Global Care, Technology and Architecture
- This position may present an opportunity for occasional travel to attend customer meetings and other critical business needs.
**Your skills and experience
You have:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Telecoms, Engineering etc. .
- At least 2 years' experience in the software industry in product or portfolio marketing or evidence of suitable mindset and commitment to develop in this area
- Evidence of working collaboratively and developing constructive personal relationships with counterparts in other Business Groups/ organizations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a notable ability to convert complex technical matters into clear messages that resonate with buyers
- Strategic mindset - generates big ideas that focus on business benefits, whilst remaining grounded in technical reality
- Fast learner, able to understand new market trends, technology shifts and changes to buyer needs.
- Good understanding of Telecoms and Enterprise buyer needs and decision-making processes
- Tolerant of change and uncertainty, with the ability to shift strategies and tactics when required
Nice to have:
- Experience in technologies such as Core Networks, Cloud and familiarity with Nokia's 5G solutions
