Supported by expert corporate teams, we are at the intersection between global R&D and local delivery, playing a strategic and supporting role to local sales forces.
Overall, you will contribute to the growth and sales strategy of Dedalus Italia by mapping the value of our global and locally developed products to prospective customers. - Main Tasks:
- Become a sub-domain specialist and collaborate with various internal stakeholders (locally and globally) to rapidly develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge/documentation of specific Dedalus products, related marketing material, and other reusable assets
- Based on your domain of competence, contribute to the preparation of technical sections of proposals (BID) and support the set-up and delivery of custom technical demonstrations, focusing on customer value illustrating optimal solutions that are right for the customer
- Support customer engagement activities, helping conduct technical analyses to identify customers' pain points, business, and technical requirements, "as is" and "to be" scenarios.
- Take part in market analysis and tactical account planning activities
- Skills and Qualifications:
- B. Sc.
/ M. Sc.
in Engineering, Science or Economics disciplines, preferably in Biomedical Engineering or Health informatics;
- Minimum 1+ year of professional experience gained within the Healthcare sector;
- Previous experience in one of the following Healthcare sub-domains is highly appreciated: EMR, EHR, Telemedicine, Interoperability, CUP, ADT, Diagnostics, Imaging, AI/BI;
- Any previous experience with cloud technologies and/or healthcare processes and interoperability standards (IHE, HL7, FHIR) will be considered a plus;
- You are passionate, resilient, and a results-oriented team player.
You always learn new things using self-motivation, excellent listening skills, and curiosity.
You'll ask great questions and, with time, provide even better answers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and argumentation skills, with a good command of English;
- You have a passion for technology, able to interpret technical documents and specifications;
- You enjoy presenting the ideas developed in the team in front of customers with a customer-centric mindset and an understanding of customer journey.
