**Position Summary

In this role you will support proactively the Technical & Procurement Controller in facilitating a fact-based decision-making process, based on quality and on time reporting through consistent relations with all the stakeholders, transparency, and financial knowledge.

Responsible of providing insightful analysis and business planning, support and challenge Procurement Leadership Team in the target achievements.

**A day in the life of a Junior Procurement Controller

- Support Standard Cost Budget/Dynamic Forecast preparation for direct materials prices for production and provide price variance analysis

- Review monthly performance, monitor and analyze exchange rate and commodities movements, report and timely communicate any major change to ensure that potential risks and opportunities by assessing the likelihood of their realization are anticipated and clearly understood.

- Ensure full transparency of costs and financial impacts to the organization of strategic Procurement decisions

- Seek for and support cost improvement opportunities, review and validate proposed savings

- Promote clear understanding of financial key figures and costs within Procurement and be an ambassador of compliance within the function

- Active role in business operational reviews

**What will make you successful

- Graduates in Economics or in Management Engineering;

- Minimum 6 months stage experience - 1 year in Finance / Controlling;

- Excellent organizational, analytical and planning skills combined with a marked curiosity and a strong passion for controlling

- Pragmatical and fact-based mindset

- Excellent communication skills and able to influence others

- Ability to work in team always providing one's own individual added value

- Capability to work under stress

- Advanced Excel skills

- Knowledge of SAP is a plus

- Knowledge of Power BI is a plus

- Fluent in English and Italian
