Support the Procurement team on managing procurement tasks and post order over equipment and Contracts for services

**What you bring along

- Education:_

Engineering/Law/Economics Degree (Master/Bachelor Degree).

- Technical Competences:_

- Have strong PC competency (Microsoft Office, CAD, working with PDF files, Document management systems).

- Have a strong attention to details.

**Key Activities & Responsibilities

- For this role we identified the following tasks :_

- be the lead of the whole tendering process (equipment and service packages)

- to manage communication with VTU Engineering and Vendors before the contract award, between construction team and vendors after the contract

- respect the procurement schedule

- prepare all contract documentation, to collect signatures from client and vendor

- post order follow up

- milestones and invoices check

- Social Competences:_

Self-confident, be a team player, adaptable and practical.

- Prerequisites:_

- Preferred at least 3 years of experience in procurement/post order tasks, preferred with previous experience within our business field (Chemical and/or Pharmaceutical construction)

- Fluent in Italian and English (B1/B2 minimum)

- Be success driven and be willing to learn and in doing as well to support others in the team.

- Open to travel 80% of the time in Italy and abroad.
