We are looking for a

Junior Product Management Specialist

to join our dynamic Product Management DDS team.

As part of the team you will support the planning and execution of product and service initiatives, helping define competitive positioning and marketing strategies.

You'll assist in managing the product lifecycle, from development to delivery, and work on identifying key benefits and value propositions for assigned products.

By collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, you'll help ensure the successful execution of product goals, meet market demands, and maintain high quality standards for our customers. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management, working with a dynamic team to help bring products to the market.

Skills to Acquire:Business Model Support: Develop and maintain business cases to evaluate and ensure sound investment decisions. Market Analysis: Help analyze market trends and support strategies for positioning products effectively. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with teams from marketing, R&D, sales, and operations, improving communication and teamwork. Feedback Collection and Analysis: Learn how to gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders to improve products.

Required Skills & Personal Characteristics:Master's degree with a focus on Business Management, Business Analysis, Commercial Strategy, or EngineeringInterest in Product Management: desire to learn and grow within the product management field, especially in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industriesEnglish proficiency (both written and spoken)Expertise in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and potentially other project management or data analysis softwareAnalytical Thinking and ApproachTeamwork and Communication skills, to work effectively in cross-functional teams, collaborating with different departments.
