Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aestheticsYour role at KIKO MILANOWe are looking for a Junior Product Manager responsible for the product development lifecycle according to profitability terms, timing and execution processes, within marketing specifications to ensure company new launch goals and terms. In particular, the Junior PM is responsible for the ideation, creation and implementation of new product launches in terms of product development, communication and in-store activation, including:Management of the product portfolio - definition of key product features (packaging, texture), sales forecasts, price positioning according to the brand strategy and investmentsAnalysis of trends, competition and identification of new consumer insights360° Implementation of new launches: communication, retail products and follow-up of salesCreation and management of communication campaignsSupport and contribution to the new launches digital strategiesCompetition and new KIKO launches performance analysis to implement strategies and maximize business objectivesWhat you will need to succeedfrom 2 to 3-year experience on product development in the food, fashion or cosmetics industryDegree or Master in Economics, Marketing or Management EngineeringStrong leadership and operational disciplineExcellent analytical skills and strategic thinkingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsEntrepreneurial spirit and positive mindsetPassion for beauty business and attention to emerging trendsExcellent knowledge of Excel and main marketing operational toolsFluency in EnglishWe would love if you hadA leader-driven approachAbility to learn on the jobHighly collaborative style & willingness and demonstrated ability to work in teamsActive listeningEmotional intelligenceOpenness to a culture of continuous feedbackKIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all'integrazione delle persone con disabilità all'interno dell'azienda.
