**Job Purpose/Mission**: Ensure effective and efficient support on the implementation of the marketing strategy for the products for which he/she is responsible, according with the budget and in cooperation with MDM.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Ensure effective and efficient support on the implementation of the marketing strategy for the products for which he/she is responsible, according with the budget and in cooperation with Market & Development Managers;

- Support the achievement of the turnover and margin for the product groups assigned;

- Support the assigned product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical activities including manufacturing, quality, trademark management and regulatory aspects;

- Support the management of the product portfolio in the segment by making proposal of product acquisition, product licensing in or product development according to market needs and portfolio gaps;

- Support the development of the Product plans both for current and new products, taking care of product positioning, value pricing, communication and launch through an effective project management;

- Support the enhancement of Valagro brand equity and its products in global markets through the implementation of communication plans;

- Support the monitoring of the evolution of the market scenario with particular focus on market segments which the products managed belong to;

- Support the management, as required, of the external relations with third parties in relation to possible collaborations and partnerships (e. g.

licensing);

**Knowledge and Experience**: Degree in Agricultural Science

A specialization in microbials or plant science is preferred;

At least 2 yrs experience in marketing gained in international companies that run in Fertilizers/Agribusiness/ Biocontrol.

**Main Competencies**: Fluency in English and another language, preferably Spanish;

Excellent knowledge of MSOffice, Economics knowledge and competencies;
