Junior Product Manager(M/F/d).

**This position is 100%remote and can be based anywhere in Europe.

**Your field**:

- Support product development, strategy, and redesign from concept through development to market launch

- Identify potential products, conducting market research, generating product requirements, strategies, and determining specifications

- Develop and implement product features that align with the broader business goals and help to analyze performance against core KPIs

- Monitor the progress of the product roadmap & collaborate with various teams to ensure product specifications and quality

- Support internal product communication and stakeholders' requests, answer questions and concerns

- Gathering, documenting and reporting product releases & features requirements - constantly evaluating the success of delivery

- Coordinate product activities with the teams at SEO & business development & design

- Support quality assurance and testing new features

- Collect requirements for new features, write user stories and acceptance criteria

- Support product development sprints and OKR processes

**About you**:

- You are passionate about product development and have at least 1-2 years of product management working experience in the tech industry

- Experience/strong knowledge of working in an agile environment

- Able to incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmap

- The technical and backend part of the product particularly interests you

- You are solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and attention to details

- You are able to meet deadlines, multitask effectively and adaptable to changing priorities

- You are able to construct clear-cut product requirements and technical documentation with a very analytical mindset

- Open-minded, hands-on and self-organized attitude which is positive, enthusiastic and empathetic

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills , able to build rapport and influence internal stakeholders

- Embracing the skills of a teal organization, you are a team player who does well in a collaborative multi-cultural environment.
