**Junior Product Manager - Skin Care**:

JOB MISSION

For our Skin Care division we are looking for a Junior Product Manager who, being based in our Davines Village in Parma, will have the mission to develop and manage excellent product systems for image, effectiveness and market potential, therefore creating a long-lasting value for the Company and all its shareholders and contributing to raise the brand reputation and attractiveness.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the definition of the marketing plan through a constant monitoring of the global Skin Care market, of the distribution channels and competitors, in collaboration with Trade, Sales, Education and Communications teams;

Support the development and launching new products, evaluating the potential in terms of target cost, price positioning, margin, sales and innovation level;

Develop POS materials and launch kits in time and in full for the on-counter date;

Contribute to manage and maintain existing lines through sell-in/sell-out, distribution and stock analysis;

Work closely with Trade Marketing to create specific promotional activities to support the development of the omnichannel business (professional and online);

Support the Communications team in the definition of the digital editorial plan, of PR launches and communication campaigns to increase brand desirability and awareness.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Previous experience in marketing at headquarter or country level (within professional and/or beauty would be a plus);

Business insight and understanding of the International Beauty Market, strong sensitivity to the beauty, skincare and wellness industry

Sound analytical, data interpretation and project management skills

Highly motivated, result-oriented with strong entrepreneurial drive to make things happen

Fluency in Italian and in English

Strong social and communication skills, curiosity and willingness to learn

Experience within skincare (professional or luxury) would be a plus
