The position is based in Rome.

As part of the Collection Merchandising Woman Bags Team, the Junior Product Manager Woman Bags will work closely with Industrial Departments and Retail Merchandising, to follow the entire product development process and build effective Woman Bags collections.

**Main responsibilities

- Structure competitors and market trends analysis

- Work on "Fashion digest" document, on a weekly basis, to deliver all the main news occurred in the Fashion and Luxury industry.

Document to be sent to the Top Management and to the Studio departments

- Organize and prepare the pre-buying operational activities

- Support during the buying session campaigns, partnering with major stakeholder in order to provide all the key documents and info

- Support the Team preparing presentations based on product and collection brief

- Partner with Team to build the _Collection book_, key tool to present each new collection across departments (inspirations, product details, materials description, products grid by family/animations, macro delivery plan)

- Data extraction and reports with periodic update

- Support to Sample management
