With a strong foothold in the Italian market, we serve some of the most prominent banks in the country.

We are now seeking a Junior Product Owner to join our team and support the optimization and further development of our products. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in assisting with product management activities for our Banking offerings and our new Real Estate product.

**Key Responsibilities**:

**Requirements Gathering and Translation**: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable insights for product development.

**Functional Specifications**: Write clear and concise functional specifications to guide the development team in building robust and user-friendly products.

**Customer-Centric Approach**: Adopt a customer-centric approach to identify and prioritize clients' needs, ensuring that our products effectively address market demands.

**Data-Driven Decision Making**: Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions, leveraging insights to enhance product features and functionality.

**Requirements**:

2+ years' experience in product management or a related role (within the Fintech or Real Estate sectors will be a plus).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks.

Ability to design Mockups, prototypes and Navigation flows.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is desirable.
