**Your profile**:

- Technical diploma; experience in high voltage products is considered as a plus;

- 2-3 years experience in Planning / Expediting activities are preferred

- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office;

- Available to occasional business trips mainly on national level

- Fluent English and Italian is mandatory.

The knowledge of German language is preferred.

- Excellent writing and communication skills; Time management skills is required;

**Your responsibilities**:

- Collect all the capacity needed from Siemens Energy Transformer Factories

- Check and evaluate with the suppliers the feasibility of the requested capacity

- Follow up of the overall planning, provide constant feedback to the involved Sites and evaluate possible potential risks on the main schedule

- Periodic expediting visit to the suppliers

- Expediting of the drawings / document availability and coordinate the document flow to and from the Sites to the suppliers

- Expediting of incoming materials and outbound activities in case of delayed information

- Keep a constant communication with the Sites and suppliers, reporting the pending issues and the status of the overall planning.
