**Job Summary

**Responsibilities and Duties

Update GANTT chart for each program;

- Help coordination of meeting and project review with customer;

- Issue a risk register document with the project leader for each program;

- Report status of the program, referring cost, timeline and quality of the work to head of program management;

- Co-ordinate internal design review meetings;

- Check status of financial department;

- Check cost of warehouse;

- Issue a monthly report on invoices, cost, and financial aspect for each program;

- Issue a monthly report on KPI's program;

- **Qualifications and Skills

- Required Skills_

- Degree in engineering;

- Knowledge of contract and agreement rules;

- Knowledge of basic lean management rules;

- Basic rules of cost analysis;

- Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power-Point, Project) ;

- B2 Knowledge level of English Language (written and spoken);

- Problem solving;

- Preferred Skills_

- Knowledge of AS/EN 9100 and EU 748/2012;

- Knowledge of ECSS-M-ST-10C (space project management);

- Knowledge of Inertial Navigation systems;
