LU-VE S. p. A. based in Uboldo (VA - Italy) is part of LU-VE Group, leader in the air heat exchangers sector.

LU-VE S. p. A. produces, industrial and commercial unit coolers, air cooled condensers, CO2 gas coolers dry coolers & radiators.

**Brief Job Description**:

The Project Manager is the primary point of contact with the customer and internal functions during the whole execution of the project He/She is involved in.

The PM will be responsible of the correct execution of the special projects, in particular from sales phase to the delivery phase.

**MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To follow the start of the project according to the agreements with the customer

- To monitor the progress of the project at every stage and to develop a detailed work plan

- To provide the resources needed to achieve goals and to manage resources effectively and efficiently

- To provide project updates and related documentation to the customer

- To communicate project status through reports, periodic meetings and action plans, making sure all documentation is properly archived

- To assume a transversal role interfacing with the different business functions, such as the production and the technical department, to keep under control all the phases of the project

- To measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

- To use industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout project execution

- To support and to manage, in addition, other activities related to project management, such as the development of internal projects and the improvement of processes throughout its area

**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**:

- About 2-3 years in the role in medium-sized companies

- Sectors: automotive, energy, petrochemical

- Bachelor's engineering degree

- Fluent in English both written and oral (a second foreign language will be a plus)

- SAP knowledge

- Microsoft Office package knowledge

- Organisation, accuracy and punctuality

- Strong interest in Project Management

- Required Processing Skills and Problem Solving

- Precision and accuracy

- Strong attitude to communication and interpersonal relationships
