Contents is a saas martech company that has developed a proprietary software platform that allows its users, through its advanced data analysis and machine learning algorithms, to rapidly produce digital content on various topics and in a variety of languages, without compromising quality.

The platform integrates modules for the analysis of online trends and competitors, for tracking user behavior and thus powers NLP and NLG modules for the generation of AI-based content.

**Position Overview

**Requirements**:

Excellent knowledge of the English language is required, any other language is a plus.

Place of work: Milano

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Documents about product and new requirements

- Definition of priorities according to deadline and activities planning

- Help the team define scope of work to be done on a weekly basis

- Supervise tasks in the quest of completing a project

- Quality assurance of product and task deployed

- Market analysis

- Benchmark competitors

- Planning task and organization of day by day task

- Support to sales team

**Skills**:

- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to details

- Ability to make things happen, results-oriented

- Autonomy in the organization of work

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good knowledge of Jira

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools especially PPT

- Knowledge of Google Analytics
