**Posizione**:

We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to join our Operational Excellence team in Milan.

The role's mission is to support the team in developing digital solutions that optimize processes and enhance our clients' customer experience.

The role involves supporting the team and the Operational Excellence Manager in working on multiple projects to ensure excellent execution and deliver results on budget and on time.

We seek a talented individual who can help plan the business and implement strategic project initiatives.

This role requires coordination across all internal departments at various levels.

**In detail, responsibilities include**:

- Providing analytical support for business growth projects, including those related to post-merger initiatives.

- Developing operational plans to achieve results, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Setting goals for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results.

- Managing and conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

- Collaborating with key internal stakeholders and developing strong partnerships for long

- and short-term managerial decisions.

- Working on process improvement and enhancing deliverable quality from a continuous improvement perspective, showing a proactive attitude in proposing and implementing initiatives.

- Teamworking and actively sharing tools, methodologies, and best practices across projects.

**Requisiti**:

**Desired Skills and Experience**:

- Master's degree in management engineering, Economics, or related fields.

- Strong analytical thinking to solve complex problems and situations.

- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; analytical and conceptual thinking.

- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities, prioritize multiple deliverables, and meet project deadlines with targeted results.

- Strong teamworking attitude.

- Eagerness to grow and take on increasing responsibilities, demonstrating high commitment and ownership of assigned tasks.

- Willingness to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment, with potential interaction across departments and levels.

- Proficient knowledge of Italian and English; Spanish is a plus.
