**How You'll Make an Impact

- Manage allocated orders in accordance with Siemens Energy guidelines, striving to surpass order targets and improve customer happiness.

- Continuously track critical metrics for projects to ensure all goals are achieved in a timely and efficient manner.

- Provide full support to the Installation & Commissioning team, ensuring strict adherence to EHS guidelines.

- Maintain seamless communication with customers, internal and external collaborators, and the HQ organization to facilitate flawless project execution.

- Coordinate resources, including factories, local support functions, and external suppliers/partners, to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.

- Implement effective risk management strategies to address and mitigate potential project risks.

**What You Bring

- At least 2-3 years of proven experience managing orders, contracts, or projects.

- A degree or equivalent experience in Engineering (electromechanical preferred) or relevant project management experience within the electromechanical industry.

- General knowledge of HV portfolio is preferred, demonstrating a strong technical foundation.

- Outstanding flexibility in managing different assignments and an excellent response to stress and deadlines.

- Willingness to undertake sporadic business trips both nationally and internationally.

- Professional proficiency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

- A determined orientation towards achieving targets, with a strong focus on customer service, initiative, and autonomy.
