Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews: During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects related to the Supply Chain and digital transformation. Your role will be essential to ensure the proper alignment between financial flows, planning systems, and business stakeholders. Availability to travel once a week to the Latina office is required. Your missionsImplement new financial and system flows. Coordinate the alignment of planning systems to new flows and the adjustment of demand propagation. Jointly manage the transfer plan with Supply Chain and Demand Planning functions. Supervise the management of phase-in and phase-out stages across multiple sites, ensuring synchronization of activities. Improve digital tools to optimize processes and operational efficiency. Your profileTechnical skills: Experience with digital software and tools such as Office 365, Power Apps, and other data analysis tools. Knowledge of project management methodologies and advanced data analysis skills. 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in the Pharmaceutical or Biological sectors. Ability to use emerging technologies (AI, Copilot) to optimize Supply Chain processes. Academic background: Degree in STEM, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. A Master's degree is a plus. Soft skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends. Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Effective problem-solving skills to address Supply Chain challenges. Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
