As **Junior Project Manager** you will support the Program Manager in the effective implementation of a different array of projects within the organization, using both an _agile _and a more traditional _waterfall _approach.

Specifically, the Junior Project manager will:

- Support the Product Owner collecting requirements and managing customer expectations

- Translate requirements in agile User Stories and necessary documentation

- Help define project scope, plan activities, and monitor execution

- Oversee deliverables of cross functional teams and stakeholders

- Foster and manage communication across teams and stakeholders

- Take the lead in minor projects

**Qualifications** What distinguishes you?

**Education**: Bachelor or master's degree in economics, management engineering.

**Languages: Italian and English

**Required skills

- excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels, including executive level

- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills

- Knowledge of Agile Scrum is a plus

- Strong excel and power point skills

**Apprenticeship (Apprendistato) Contract
