Junior Project Manager

Your responsibilities: Work with Sr Project Manager on multiple projects to ensure excellent execution and deliver on-budget and on-time.
Support coordination, planning, scheduling, and tracking in detail the implementation of projects including cost, schedule, performance, status, and budgets; develop and manage schedules and prepare status reports.
Use specific project engineering software tools.
Track project status, assess project risks, and identify blockers.
Track and own elements of the continuous quality improvement efforts such as localization quality assurance and localization and engineering bug triage.
Work closely with stakeholders and handle communication with linguists, product management, and sales and marketing teams.
Collaborate on common tasks for MOS on Honeywell Tools & Processes dedicated to the PMs.
Must have: Under 29 years old and either about to graduate or graduated with a master's degree in electrical engineering or Management Engineering.
Ability to balance multiple cross-functional stakeholders with varying needs of complexity.
Flexibility to deal with changes, delays, interruptions, and unexpected events.
Fluent in both Italian and English.
Aspiration to develop a technical path and grow.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written): able to break down complex topics into simple solutions and ideas.
