**ROLE MISSION

This role will be underpinned by passion and ambition, and those with experience in leading digital content and social campaigns within a creative agency will have an advantage.
We are currently looking to hire a Junior Project Manager with 3+ year's brand experience to support a top FMCG client based at Milan.
This is a great opportunity for a levelheaded, strategic thinker, who has gravitas with a client.
The team's role is to service our client's various content production, and requests range from video production and post-production to content for web (static and dynamic) and POS materials.
This is a great opportunity to work within a new team, creating impactful communications across the world and developing design best practices for various brands.
**THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF. . .
- A strong understanding of digital content, motion design, social and production is as essential as the experience to execute projects of all sizes and complete them with resourcefulness and dedication.
- You'll ideally be from an agency background with around 3 years' experience.
**ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
The role is fast paced and responsive, working across multiple different projects within the group.
You will form part of a team that delivers the following:
- Strategy
- Creative & design
- Content and video production & post
- Point of Sales content
- Copywriting (Editorial and Social captions)
**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
- Work closely with Designers, copywriter and social media manager to align on content that needs to be produced, would it be stills, videos or animations.
- Making sure all projects are delivered on time and on budget
- Making sure that all contents are coherent and consistent to the client brand guidelines on all platforms and thus with the creative team.
- Making sure that all content being produced are following client's tone of voice and guidelines.
- Overseeing key projects delivery, the project manager will work closely with our creative team, to ensure coherence throughout the production process
- Develop on-going best delivery practices
**WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
- Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, a solution-based attitude, and the ability to work with people with diverse skills.
- Thrives in an environment of continual feedback and optimizing performances
- Knowledge of digital and print production
- Ability to work independently and prioritize under tight deadline and/or with interruptions, to produce accurate results within quick turnaround times
- Calm and collective
- Actively listens, requests clarification when needed
- Consistent willingness to go above and beyond for project deliverables, as well as one's own development
- Experienced in liaising directly with the client and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Experience with strategic brainstorming, creative brief development and creative execution.
- Experience meeting clients

**REQUIREMENTS**:
- An outstanding background in digital content and production
- Strong management and planning skills
- Problem solving
- Excellent knowledge of social content and digital content (website, CRM, Production)
- Professional English level is mandatory
Not essential but definitely an advantage:
- Experience in creative agency environment
- Experience communication & marketing
- Multi-market experience.
