Purpose of the Position: This is an excellent opportunity to join our Internal and Supplier Assurance Solutions team to support the establishment and management of Internal and Supplier Audit Programs.
The Internal and Supplier Assurance Solutions business (ISA) partners with clients to build trust in their internal organization and across their value chain.
ISA has undergone tremendous growth and continues to do so; this role will support this growth globally.
Location: Italy, Spain, or France.
This is a hybrid role, primarily remote with required availability to travel when necessary.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Internal and Supplier Audit Program Establishment and Management Provide information for bids/enquiries related to allocated ISA programs.
Verify training and competencies are available to support the delivery of assigned programs.
Develop operating procedures and work instructions related to the ISA programs, maintain client-specific program documents on the Intranet for the BSI global network, and communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure operational delivery.
Assure planning and delivery of auditors' training and calibrations; provide regular updates on program changes and revisions.
Manage an effective client relationship interface through regular performance review meetings.
Ensure appropriate cascade and engagement with clients when issues/risks are identified.
Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to clients, managing all customer enquiries and effectively resolving complaints.
Coordinate relationship management with clients/industry associations and participate in associated industry events and improvement drives initiated by clients/industry associations.
Keep up to date with business trends and market dynamics related to the assigned ISA programs.
To Be Successful in This Role: Educated at degree level or equivalent.
Proven experience in program management of global internal and supplier audit programs.
Client-centricity: Ability to develop customer relationships across all levels, engage with the customer to understand their business drivers, and how BSI can enable them to become more efficient.
Collaborative team player with the ability to work in a matrix organization with minimal supervision.
Fluency in English at a professional level is mandatory; any other European language is considered a plus.
Good conceptual and analytical skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Proactive working style.
Preferred experience in the Social Responsibility sector, Work Health and Safety, Food manufacturing, Chemical and Pharmaceutical industry, and Environment.
