Job Title: JUNIOR PROJECT MANAGER We are looking for a motivated and dynamic professional with a solid technical background and a passion for innovation, who can contribute to the realization and management of IoT projects in the industrial and naval sectors.

The candidate will be involved in the implementation, management, and coordination of advanced solutions for predictive maintenance and asset monitoring, working closely with suppliers and clients and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.

Requirements: Education: Technical diploma in electronics, electrotechnics, computer science, or equivalent engineering degree.

Technical Skills: Experience, even minimal, on software/hardware projects, both from an implementation and management perspective.

Knowledge of basic concepts of industrial automation and electrical circuits.

Basic knowledge of: Object-oriented programming C# Python C++ Virtualization and cloud technologies IoT concepts in industrial applications and predictive maintenance Familiarity with major industrial communication protocols: J1939, CanBus, Profibus, Profinet, OPC UA, MQTTS, AMQPS.

Knowledge of software and tools for industrial communication, including: Broker MQTT, LoraWan.

Solid mastery of the Microsoft Office suite.

Management and Soft Skills: Knowledge of basic project management principles (milestones, deliverables, resource management, contingency).

Problem-solving attitude, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Ability to analyze project risks and identify effective solutions.

Excellent organizational skills and adherence to deadlines.

Ability to manage relationships, with the capacity to establish and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers and clients.

Desire to learn and continue training, adapting to continuously changing and complex contexts.

Other: Willingness to travel, both nationally and internationally.
