We're seeking a Project Manager to drive our product initiatives, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of our financial intelligence solutions.

You: Bring 2+ years of project management experience in fintech/tech, excel at stakeholder management, and communicate fluently in English and Italian.

Experience with Agile methodologies and data-driven products is essential.

Core Responsibilities Reporting to our Co-Founder and CPO Luca, you will: Assist sprint planning and execution for our products, ensuring alignment between technical and business stakeholders Ensure smooth execution of project timelines Maintain technical documentation in Jira/Confluence for our transaction analysis and document processing systems Track and report on key metrics including model accuracy, processing speeds, and automation success rates Requirements: Requirements 2+ years of project management experience in fintech/tech companies Strong understanding of financial services and credit processes Proven track record with Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence) Experience with data-driven products and technical documentation Outstanding organizational and stakeholder management skills Fluent in English and Italian Basic understanding of ML/AI concepts and API documentation is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field preferred Success in this Role Means First 3 months: Master our product suite and technical infrastructure Establish effective communication channels with all stakeholders Take ownership of sprint ceremonies and documentation 6 months: Independently manage end-to-end project delivery Drive process improvements in project execution Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning Why Prestatech?
