**About the Role**:

We are currently looking for a **Junior Project Manager** to support our **Praline Project Team** in Alba (CN) for a period of **12 months with a fixed-term contract**.

In this role, within our **Technical R&D Praline Department (Premium Chocolate Category)**, you will manage New Product Development projects, ensuring the setup of related engineering and technical activities, with specific focus on technical development, continuous improvement and strategic investments.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- NPD project management: support the Category Brand Managers in leading and delivering the products innovation projects;

- Managing the process development for new products and existing ones;

- Planning and managing the innovation projects from the brief to the start-up of the production line according with internal stakeholder (Operations, Ferrero Engineering, Packaging, etc.

);

- Leading the cross functional teams to deliver the projects' feasibility studies;

- Participating in development/consolidation of quality specifications for process and product;

- Supporting sustainable packaging development;

- Identifying and proposing new opportunities and investment needs;

- Ensuring the continuous update of the Medium-Term Investment Plan and checks against budget.

**Who we are looking for**:

**PROFILE

- University Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field;

- 1-2 years of work experience in a Multinational Company - Food Industry is considered a plus;

- Knowledge of the technical and technological features of the chocolate product production will be appreciated;

- Experiences in production and engineering are considered a plus;

- Result-oriented, with problem solving attitude and attention to details;

- Good analytical skills;

- Strategic Global mindset;

- Communication skills & proactivity.

**IT Skills & Languages

- Knowledge of SAP is considered a plus;

- Fluent in English;

- Other languages are considered a plus.
