RINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Proposal Specialist - Public Tenders to join its office in Rome, Naples or Lecce, Italy within the Italy Infrastructure & Mobility Division. Mission RINA is currently looking for motivated professionals to fill the role of Proposal Specialist for engineering and consultancy services in our team dedicated to the Infrastructure & Mobility sector. Key Accountabilities Coordinate the entire proposal development process, from understanding customer needs to the final presentation of the proposal. Manage client relationships and collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency between the technical and commercial proposals. Collaborate closely with our internal tender office to jointly manage the administrative aspects of public and private tenders. Education Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture Qualifications 2 years of experience in the role of Proposal Specialist - Junior Proposal Manager - Junior Project Engineer, in infrastructural and civil large scale projects. Skills in managing proposals and bids, including collaborating with multidisciplinary teams involved in preparing technical and commercial proposals. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with particular attention to detail and proposal presentation. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, as well as collaborate effectively with various company functions involved in the proposal process. Willingness to undertake a growth path in the development of public and private commercial proposals. Good communication skills in English.
