Junior Quality Control Compliance officer

JOB SUMMARY

Support the development and implementation of compliance programs in QC Laboratories of manufacturing sites.

Support quality and regulatory compliance for testing of incoming raw materials,

process, finished products, stability studies, environmental monitoring, and facility/utility sampling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary duties and responsibilities of this position include the following.

Other duties may be assigned.

- Implementation and maintenance of SLIM software in QC Laboratory for the management of stability studies.

- Implementation of all the automatic functionalities of laboratory software to replace, where applicable, the Excel sheets in use, and set up of procedures for management and execution of the periodical audit trail review.

- Assistance to the maintenance of updated EDMS software database for management of laboratory training, procedures and CAPAs

- Collaborate in the harmonization of the procedures and process, in order to obtain a more efficient management of GMP Compliance.

- Collaborate in the training management for QC Laboratories

- Collaborate in laboratory investigation and non-conformance management

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

BS/BA degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, CTF, Pharmacy and or related fields.

Previous experience of 6 months/1 year in Pharmaceutical sector year of related relevant experience required is preferred.

**Manufacturing site location**: San Giuliano Milanese (MI).

The company offer a fixed term contract (12 months), CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico, livello E1.
