This role is ideal for individuals in the early stages of their career who are eager to develop within the field of quality and process management. Inspecting, testing, and measuring products using metrology instruments (e. g. , calipers, roughness gauges, micrometers, 3D scanners) and generating control reportsEnsuring product compliance with internal and external standards and requirements by monitoring operations and reporting inconsistenciesCollaborating with the Technical Department to define product quality requirements and develop control plansReporting non-conformances in products and processes, addressing quality issues, and conducting root cause analysisAssisting in both internal and external audit activitiesSupporting the definition and establishment of internal process standardsContributing to the drafting of internal process procedures in alignment with internal requirements and external regulationsESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE1-2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong ability to create technical documents and presentationsUnderstanding of manufacturing technologies and tolerancesBasic knowledge of inspection techniques and quality control methodsFamiliarity with ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100 Quality Standards is a plusQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in industrial engineering (e. g. , Mechanical, Aerospace, Management Engineering) or a related field in QualityProficiency in both Italian and English
