We are looking for a Junior Real Estate Project Manager (Architects or Civil Engineers with a Master in Real Estate) to join a dynamic, cutting-edge, and historical real estate investment company operating in Milan, focusing on offices, residential complexes, and luxury hotels.

The Junior Real Estate Project Manager will be the point of reference for all stakeholders involved (companies, clients, and external consultants) and will dedicate themselves to the management and coordination of real estate projects from the initial phase to final delivery.

Responsibilities: Supervision of all phases of the real estate project (from defining initial objectives to delivering the completed project). Planning activities and managing budgets, timelines, and resources. Managing administrative practices and authorizations related to urban planning and construction regulations. Coordinating technical work teams (architects, engineers, technical consultants) and monitoring the progress of the works. Maintaining relationships with Clients (Institutional Investors) and updating them on the status of the project. Requirements: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. Master in Real Estate (mandatory). 1-2 years of experience in project management in the Real Estate and Construction sector. In-depth knowledge of urban planning and construction regulations. Proactivity, problem-solving skills, organizational capabilities, and relational skills complete the profile. Offer Characteristics: CCNL Commercio, full-time (40 hours). Permanent contract. Compensation package commensurate with experience. Meal vouchers of 6 euros. Work location: Milano Sud. The search is aimed at candidates of both sexes, law 903/77. Authorization from the Ministry of Labor n 1120 SG of 26/11/2004.
