Job Description Summary:
For our Global HR Team based in Milan we are looking for a highly motivated stagiaire to support our HR Business Partners Downstream Services and Thermal Generation in the Italian Team.
The job is based in Milan where a dedicated tutor will support her/him.
**Job Description**:
Your duties will be:
- Ensure detailed understanding of the Falck Group selection- Screen CVs, conduct phone interview-
- Establish and maintain relationships with the Business- Steer the intake meeting with the hiring manager and the HR BP of reference to define the recruitingMain Requirements:
- University Degree in Human Resources/Business admin or related field- Strong Interest in the HR - Recruiting & Selection area- Fluency in written and spoken English language- Strong proactive & willing-to-know attitude, - Excellent interpersonal skills to build and manage relationship with all involved stakeholders- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness- Wokday knowledge & previous experience in HR is a plus (not a must).
You will learn on how the Company behaviours influence in a active a concrete way the recruiting process, you will learn how to write a job description, how to use the main channel of Selection and to conduct interviews.
You will also learn how to use Workday in the recruiting process.
