We are looking for a Junior Recruiter in our growing HR team based in Milan.
He/she will be involved in all Recruiting related activities and will manage all phases of the process, with particular focus on Commercial, Marketing and Corporate profiles.
**Main responsibilities**:
Initialization phase
- Share job profiles and needed skillsets with Line Managers
- Upload job descriptions on company Recruiting system (Success Factor) and other Recruiting channels (Linkedin)
- Support in internal and external Employer Branding activities
- Scouting and research activities
Interview phase
- Conduct screening activities on paper, phone, and physical interviews
- Involve and advice Line Managers in interviews
Negotiation and closing
- Preparing and negotiate offers based on internal and external salary benchmarks
- Collecting hiring documents and manage on-boarding activities
Special Projects
- In line with continuous improvement of recruiting activities, channels and tools: collaborate to the co-creation and implementation of new assessment and reporting tools, including scouting of new recruiting providers and digital solutions
**Qualification**:
- University background
- Experience of at least 1/2 years in the Recruiting field, ideally in a multinational company or in a consultancy firm
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capability to interact at all levels in the company
- Accountable, well organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive and good team player
- Knowledge of psychological tests and/or familiarity with assessment methodology are a plus
- Fluency both in speaking and writing English
