Junior Recruiting Specialist - Fixed-Term Contract

Role Purpose**:

We are looking for young talented recruiter to support both internal and external recruiting processes for a specific area inside Vodafone Italy.

We are looking for a driven and passionate person, able to perform in a fast-paced environment connecting with different stakeholders, and collaborating with different teammates.

**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:

- Possible involvement on project activities (e. g.

with Vodafone Group HR) on top of the daily recruiting activities

**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:

- Ability to challenge the business requirements, and to liaise with HR business partners and internal business stakeholders

- Ability to manage stress

- Excellent communication and relationship skills

- Negotiation skills

- Precision and attention to details

**Must have technical / professional qualifications**:

- Fluency in Italian and English

- Previous experience covering an HR Role (as a recruiter will be considered as a plus)

- Previous experience with SAP Success Factors and LinkedIn will be considered a plus

- Master's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
