**Junior Regulatory Affairs**:

JOB MISSION

The mission of this role will be to support and assist the team in ensuring compliance with worldwide cosmetic regulations, through a complete and constant update and check of necessary requirements.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Preparation of documents for cosmetic notifications and registrations required by EU and extra-EU health authorities;

Support for the new coming US regulation update

- notification of all portfolio in the new FDA cosmetic portal;

Regulatory check of labels and ingredient lists of the products;

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS

Scientific academic background (Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, CTF, Chemistry, or Biology);

Master in Regulatory Affairs disciplines is a plus;

Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Software including Excel and Word;

High attention to details and accuracy;

Excellent English;

Multitasking ability;

Organization and time management skills.
