Air Liquide Medical Systems deals with medical devices for the treatment of respiratory diseases.
The company develops, manufactures and sells innovative products in three different areas of respiratory medicine: Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport treatments, and home therapy.
Aerosol therapy devices.
Devices for the emanation of medical gases.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
We are looking for a Junior Regulatory Affairs & QHSE Specialist (F/M) for the Quality & Regulatory Affairs team.
Reporting directly to the QHSE-RA Manager, you will ensure compliance of cutting-edge products, making them available in the global market with dedicated registration processes.
Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies for the registration of new medical devices.
Cooperate with Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams from other group entities.
Support customers with regulatory requests, adhering to required timelines.
Manage technical documentation for marketed medical devices in kit form.
Oversee the registration of medical devices marketed in Italy and globally.
Request Certificates of Free Sale and follow the legalization procedures for non-EU exports.
Assist in reviewing promotional and non-promotional materials for medical devices.
Support the QHSE manager in activities and audits related to company certifications.
Assist in maintaining the company management system.
Support product quality processes.
Assist quality regulation teams in France with audits and quality crisis management with their suppliers.
Are you a Match?
Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Management).
Recent graduate or previous experience in the role of 6 months/internship (nice to have).
Excellent command of the English language.
