The company develops, manufactures and sells innovative products in three different areas of respiratory medicine:Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport treatments and home therapy. Aerosol therapy devices. Devices for the emanation of medical gases. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Air Liquide Medical Systems offers innovative medical solutions and devices for patients with chronic respiratory diseases or those requiring ventilatory support. We are looking for a:Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (F/M)Reporting directly to the QHSE/RA Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance of cutting-edge products, making them available in the global market with dedicated registration processes. Responsibilities:Conduct feasibility studies for the registration of a new medical device. Cooperate with the Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams of other entities within the Group. Support customers with regulatory requests, adhering to required timelines. Manage the registration of medical devices marketed in Italy and globally. Request Certificates of Free Sale and follow the legalization procedures required for non-EU exports. Support the review of promotional and non-promotional material related to medical devices. Assist the QHSE manager in quality-related activities and audits. Support the quality regulation teams of our subsidiaries in France in conducting audits and managing quality crises with their suppliers. Are you a Match? Requirements:Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Management). Previous experience in the role of 6 months to 1 year (nice to have). Excellent knowledge of the English language.
