Air Liquide Medical Systems srl, part of the Air Liquide Group, is the business line of the Air Liquide Healthcare Division dedicated to Medical Devices. Air Liquide Medical Systems deals with medical devices for the treatment of respiratory diseases. The company develops, manufactures and sells innovative products in three different areas of respiratory medicine:
Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport treatments, and home therapy. Aerosol therapy devices. Devices for the emanation of medical gases. How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW? Air Liquide Medical Systems is looking for a Junior Regulatory Affairs Specialist (F/M) to join the Quality & Regulatory Affairs team. Reporting directly to the QHSE/RA Manager, you will ensure the compliance of cutting-edge products, making them available in the global market through dedicated registration processes.
Responsibilities: Conduct feasibility studies for the registration of new medical devices. Collaborate with the Regulatory Affairs, Marketing, and Sales teams of other entities within the Group. Support customers with regulatory inquiries, adhering to required timelines. Manage the registration of medical devices marketed in Italy and globally. Request Free Sale Certificates and follow the legalization procedures required for extra-European exports. Support the review of promotional and non-promotional material related to medical devices. Assist the QHSE manager in quality-related activities and audits. Support the quality regulatory teams in our French subsidiaries in conducting audits and managing quality crises with their suppliers. Are you a Match? Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Management). Previous experience in the role of 6 months to 1 year (nice to have). Excellent knowledge of the English language.
