La figura ricercataProvide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and requestsContribute in building a diverse portfolio in Energy TransitionOffer analytical, tactical, and administrative support to Senior Bankers and Credit Analysts in managing client portfoliosAnalyze origination ideas, contribute in opportunity development, assist in pitch book preparation, attend client meetings (including travel), and provide proactive solutionsSupport term sheet preparation, negotiations, deal structuring, due diligence, financial analysis, etc. Take full responsibility for transaction execution, coordinating multi-product deal teams, internal approvals, documentation, operational aspects, signing, closing, post-closing coordination, and deal team managementContribute in portfolio management, credit reviews, internal ESG assessments, waiver requests, and information processingSupport client relationship planning, prospecting, pipeline management, and credit risk data managementIl candidato presceltoBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in corporate and/or investment banking, including client and/or product coverage, relevant corporate banking products, advisory, etc. Strong written/oral communication skills for effective liaison with clients and internal teamsStrong proficiency in EnglishKnowledge of corporate and investment banking, with specific expertise in the Energy sector as a plusCredit skills, understanding of lending products, and familiarity with legal aspects are a plusClient relationship and relationship management skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office products, e. g. , Excel/Modelling, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Team player with a hands-on mentality, eager to learn from experienced team membersCreative, complex problem solver with the ability to work independentlyPositive and curious attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and high work ethicsComfortable in an international and dynamic environmentResilient under pressure, good organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and strong time management skills to work under tight deadlinesSelf-motivated and results-focused, takes ownership of tasks, and proactively takes the initiativeCosa comprende l'offertaGreat job opportunity.
