Sergio Rossi is a made-in-Italy luxury footwear brand established in 1951; it is part of Lanvin Group, the global luxury fashion group of Fosun.

To strengthen our Retail Department Europe, we are looking for a **Junior Retail Buyer** that will be based in **Milan** and report directly to the Retail Manager.

**Posizione**:

- plan and select a range of products to be sold in designated store and business partners, the key factors to take into consideration include: customer demand, store strategy, financial budgets and market trends;

- analyse market trends and react quickly to meet customer needs in close collaboration with merchandising department;

- take care of reassortments, store to store and product analysis;

- ensure goods arrive on time;

- present new ideas to senior management teams;

- cooperate with other departments within the organisation to ensure projects are completed;

- analyse consumer buying patterns and predicting future trends;

- seek merchandise feedback from customers.

**Requisiti**:

- Business School qualification, preferably in Economics/Human fields

- 1 to 3 years of experience in Retail.

Luxury and international contexts will be a plus

- Meet targets and work under pressure

- Have the numerical skills to interpret statistics and make commercial decisions

- Socially confident

- Have good learning ability and an eye for details

- Fluency in Italian and English written and spoken; French will be considered a plus
