**Junior Sales Support Officer Italy**:

The main goal is to support to the team (under appropriate supervision) with activities such as:

- Management of folders within MS TEAMS, structured documentation management;

- CRM compliance, accuracy and reports as required;

- Power BI and create reports as required;

- Report sales data/product usage as requested by customer accounts;

- Ensure compliance of contracts for service and equipment;

- Management of price requests in co-operation with Customer Service;

- Support the sales team with their daily duties and assist in the organisation of trials and management of sample stock;

- After gained experience: providing product information to customers and distributors by interacting with CSC, regarding: Back Order status, logistic, offers;

**Skills, know-how and experience**:

- Customer focused and a teamplayer;

- Self-starter with the ability to develop and drive initiatives cross company;

- Mindset for continuous improvement

- Can interact and co-operate with all members & levels of the D. O. R. C.

organization;

- Experience in Sales Support or Customer Service and pricing management;

- IT skills; Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook;

- Fluent in Italian and English in word and writing.
