**Job Description**:
In this role you will join our Sales team and work closely to our CEO.
You will be supporting your manager with **discovering and mapping opportunities** over the Italian and foreign markets.
You will ensure that our Sales team is always as busy as possible, by **sourcing the next big opportunity**.
**What you will do**:
- Researching and mapping the Italian social care sector for relevant opportunities for TeiaCare;
- Source new business opportunities with prospecting into existing accounts, including cold calling and follow up of leads;
- Maintain digital channels interactions of prospects and potential leads, expanding our database and maintaining a Sales pipeline;
- Assisting the Sales team preparing resumes and prospects, key clients documents and presentations;
- Coordinating our network of partners to bring the most benefit to our clients, and maximize the outreach capability of our Sales Team.
**Qualifications**:
- BSc/MSc in Economics/Business or equivalent;
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role;
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, LinkedIn;
- High creativity and initiative when it comes to looking for information across different sources;
- Being a natural born communicator, with superb organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Fluency in verbal and written Italian.
**Big Plus
- Previous experience in the social care or in the healthcare fields;
- MSc in Sales or equivalent;
- Test-field examples of you being proactive in your previous experience/s;
- Written and spoken proficiency in one or more of these languages: English, French, Spanish, German.
