Junior Sales Account

"**Junior Account Manager**" for our PARAMED MRI UNIT, Genoa location.
**_Purpose of the role_**:
He/She is responsible of the development and implementation of the company sales and marketing plan in order to achieve the agreed objectives.
**_Responsibilities: _
- Drive in-depth market analysis, develop competitive intelligence and observe market trends
- Support the S&M Director in developing global sales and marketing plan
- Promote the Company products and services
- Support the S&M Director in Planning, preparing and executing the regional, national and international congresses participation and events
- Support the S&M Director in Planning, preparing and executing the regional, national and international sales plan and meet sales targets
- Prepare and support pricing negotiations and tender bids
- Scout of new leads and prospects and turn them into customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationship
- Managing agents and distributors around EMEA
- Champion CRM system and ensure that all customer related information is captured in the CRM system in line with the company policy and target
- Drive accurate forecast development and consolidate all relevant customer-specific information
- Ensure that all relevant Company Policies and Procedures are understood and adhered to.
- Maintain individual sales skills and technical knowledge to Company standards.
**_Knowledge and Experience: _**:
- _
- Biomedical Degree / Technical degree
- Attitude to develop commercial and negotiation skills and Customer insight necessary to deliver complex services and messages to sophisticated clients
- Good analytical, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Capable of identifying and prioritization of appropriate account needs, necessary to establish and maintain effective business relationships
- Very good language skills in English.
More languages would be a plus.
- Ability and confidence to interact with C-Level roles (internal and external)
