In order to support the fast-growing market for Remote, Digital, and Electronic Signature, we are looking for a professional JUNIOR SALES ACCOUNT with first experience in selling IT Solutions, who will be responsible for developing and enhancing previous customer relationships and for increasing sales in the Italian market.
What will your responsibilities be? Acquiring new clients through telesales and sales activitiesUnderstanding customer needs to provide a service that meets their requirementsBuilding a pipeline through follow-up appointments and referralsManaging the sales negotiation with the goal of developing opportunities and converting leadsManaging and strengthening relationships with existing and potential customers and partners in the assigned sectorsDriving success of the company's goals and objectives through achieving individual sales quotasPromoting and selling products, services, and solutions aiming for excellent customer satisfactionDeveloping knowledge of the major potential customers, trends, and development opportunitiesCollaborating with sales, pre-sales, and PMOs, monitoring the progress of projects and their implementation and also verifying customer satisfactionWhat are we looking for? Passion for technology and IT sales, with an ambition to succeed in a sales roleA good network and ability to develop and maintain business relationships with new potential customers and partnersProven track record in engaging with, managing, and growing new business prospectsExcellent communication, listening, interpersonal, and negotiating skillsPositive and energetic attitude with an ambitious, highly creative, self-motivated personality2+ years of sales experience in IT companies.
Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles is a plusExperience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, is a plus. Preferably a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field, though not mandatoryNice to have experience/knowledge of ISO 27001. What we offer?
